Filled with the powerhouse quartet of turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger, this granola warms the digestive system. These spices aid in the absorption of the nutrient-dense and antioxidant-rich seeds and grains like sesame, buckwheat, chia, and amaranth that are packed into each bite. Combined, these ingredients create an anti-inflammatory, easily digested, brain-boosting breakfast or snack.

a note from Kelly: I’m glad you found my granola. Let me tell you more: I have been cooking professionally for two decades and became a postpartum doula after I had my daughter, Ulla, at 41. Because I’ve always been focused on nutrition, it was very important to me personally that my new mom clients were eating well.
And that’s how Superseed granola was created.
