This is St Croix's flagship vanilla extract, made with quality whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. Made one small batch at a time following an old recipe that uses a slow process which develops superior flavor + aroma. Proudly made by a husband & wife team in Lakeland, Minnesota.
Harvested by hand, vanilla beans are the cured fruit of orchids. St. Croix Brand Pure Vanilla Extract features Madagascar-grown vanilla planifolia. It has a traditional, deep vanilla flavor and aroma profile.
