Hobakjuk (호박죽) – a silky, comforting Korean kabocha squash porridge, the ultimate autumn hug in a bowl.
Gatjeoli (겉절이) – fresh, crisp kimchi that’s bright, spicy, and ready to enjoy right away.
Bossam (보쌈) – tender, slow-cooked pork belly served with fragrant wraps and fresh gatjeoli, a true centerpiece of celebration.

This class is all about gathering, learning, and tasting the flavors of the harvest. You’ll not only learn step-by-step techniques, but also discover the cultural stories behind these dishes and how they’re shared among family and friends during Chuseok.
