Together we’ll prepare:

Soupe au Pistou — a rustic vegetable soup with leeks and beans, finished with Gruyère and a vibrant parsley, spinach + garlic pistou.  A traditional Provençal specialty from the South of France, it is often considered one of the most iconic dishes of the region.

Savory Crêpes with Asparagus, Comté & Egg — delicate crêpes layered with spring asparagus, nutty Comté and a perfectly set egg.

Lemon Madeleines — tender, golden cakes brightened with citrus to counter their buttery richness.

Along the way, Tess will share her secrets for making the perfect crêpes, balancing the brightness and depth in seasonal cooking and the quiet discipline at the heart of classic French pastry.
