Essential Mandoline

The mandoline from Kuhn Rikon’s stylish ESSENTIAL collection allows you to effortlessly chop various fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, cucumbers and apples. Thanks to fine grooves on the runner, food slides cleanly and with great precision over the wide blade. The ultra-sharp stainless steel blade can be adjusted flexibly from ultra-thin to a thickness of 0.5cm. The secure finger sheath allows you to cut carrots safely right to the very end. The mandoline features a silicone edge on the base to prevent it from slipping around on your work surface. This further reduces the risk of injury.

Dishwasher suitable, but we recommend washing by hand.
