Serves 4 to 6 people. A good mid-sized pan that fits well over one large stovetop burner or straddles two burners that are closely spaced.
Made of steel and coated with a black + white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue. The enamel also makes it a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan).
An informative pamphlet is included which contains two recipes + tips for perfect paella and care instructions.
