Guests will take part in a hands-on culinary workshop, learning how to make three iconic Vietnamese dishes. From vibrant street food flavors to comforting family-style classics, this experience will celebrate both tradition and the joy of cooking.

Vietnamese Summer Rolls 
Poached shrimp delicately wrapped in rice paper with fragrant Vietnamese herbs + two dips including a traditional nước chấm and a “peanut” hoisin sauce

Vietnamese Cabbage + Chicken Salad
Tender poached chicken with crisp cabbage, fresh herbs and fried shallots, finished with a chili-lime nước chấm

Vietnamese Chicken Pho (Pho Ga Bac)
Northern-style chicken pho with delicate rice noodles, organic chicken, scallion and cilantro in a clear, savory broth.
