We appreciate your patronage and understand that your time is important, however, please take a few minutes and read our Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your purchase of our product(s) and use of our website.
When you access and use our internet website, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Agreement and you agree that bKP is not responsible or liable for any damages, incidents or repairs to your equipment when in connection to our site.
We expressly reserve the right to amend, update, and make changes to our website data for any reason, including but not limited to, to correct typographical errors, unintentional inaccuracies, omitted or deleted stats that correlate to a product(s) or a line description item. To the best of our ability our descriptions inclusive of pricing, availability, product warranties, discontinued notices are correct, but may routinely be revised as we see fit. bKP reserves the right to make all corrections, updates, and modifications to our website and Terms & Agreements without notice, and you agree to be bound by such corrections, updates, and modifications.
The products on our website are quoted in U.S. currency. Some of the products are exclusive to the website or store and others are obtainable at both. We reserve the right to modify product changes as we see fit to continue to bring to you, what we determine, is a fair representation of our brand at both. If you viewed and or purchased merchandise that is no longer on the site and or available to bKP and you are still interested, we will try, at our discretion to search for its availability via our vendors and or provide you with an other option.
We do welcome your emails and your thoughts to better assist you. Emails received containing information on how to better market or improve aspects of bKP brand on creative and business levels are welcomed. However, bKP will not, nor is it obligated, to compensate you for such information. If you insist on sending such information it becomes property of bKP and you no longer have proprietary ownership and any other rights to the material.
bKP monitors all emails received and will not permit email matter which it considers, in its discretion, to be out of conduct, vulgar, obscene, threatening, invasive, harmful, discredit, malicious or intended to cause concern for ones own personal and public civil rights. We reserve the right to delete such email, to remove and block your name from our list, and to take such actions as we deem appropriate. We want everyone visiting our website to have a positive experience and not be hindered from doing so.

RETURN POLICY bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy (bKP)
Discounted, promotional, sale or holiday items are final sale and may not be returned.
If you are not completely satisfied with your bKP online purchase or gift, you may return it 20 days from delivery of the goods by bKP, an exchange, merchandise credit or credit refund applied only to the same tender used to purchased the item.
The returned merchandise must include the original receipt or gift receipt, must be in its original undamaged condition, and must include its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of goods to bKP's satisfaction the appropriate exchange, merchandise credit or credit refund for the amount reflected on the original receipt or gift receipt will be processed.
For gift receipts and registry returns only store credit or merchandise exchange will apply.
Your online bKP merchandise can be returned at the store or by UPS, FED EX and DHL. It must be approved by the store and accompanied by its appropriate Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code must be on the mailing label and on the returning receipt.
All merchandise being returned is at the customer's expense and we recommend insuring the package prior to shipping, please send to:

SPECIAL ORDERS bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy (bKP)
Merchandise that is clearly noted as a SPECIAL ORDER once processed can not be canceled or returned for credit, exchange or refund. All customers must clearly agree to the terms by either signing or clicking the agreement to the waiver specifying they understand the terms for the order to process. Special Orders will be paid in full.
In the case of defective merchandise that bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy is unable to replace, we will seek to initiate a vendor to customer dialogue to fully review the defect and inform accordingly to best solve the problem. We carry brands that understand customer satisfaction and as bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy our vendors also understand customer loyalty and patronage.

SHIPPING FEES bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy (bKP)
bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy will ship all goods via UPS ground standard, unless otherwise stated by you. If so, we will provide the additional charge and await your confirmation if you choose another form of delivery before processing the charge. Larger and heavier items will also incurr additional shipping fees. We will also contact you prior to processing your order.
Our rates below reflect the charge based on your merchandise purchase. All shipping is from our store in High Falls, NY and will be processed upon confirmation of your purchase. Unless otherwise stated all goods will sent standard ground.
Standard: seven to ten business days
Express: 3-5 business days not all goods are available for express, restrictions apply.
Overnight: 2 business days not all goods available for overnight, restrictions apply.
The following shipping charges are estimates - final shipping cost will be determines upon your check-out & based on UPS exact charge of your chosen shipping rate to your address.
